Hi! I am Michelle. I provide a compassionate, personalised, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy to support people on their journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. As a therapist I prioritise connection and authenticity. I believe in collaboration and that the person I am working with is the expert of their own experience.
I acknowledge systemic oppressions and its impact on well-being, and I recognise the effects of intersectionality and the unique role it plays in the way that people experience the world and the impact on individual needs and wellness.
